- Timing: 50-minute appointments (consultations 60). 10-minute grace period.
- Guests: 1 guest recommended; final fittings limited to 1 guest.

- Alterations: Offered on Virgin Rogue pieces; quoted at fitting.
- Returns: One-of-a-kind and custom pieces are final sale.
